How do I know if an item is in stock?

We try to keep our website up-to-date but occasionally an item listed on the website may be out of stock. We will contact you immediately with an expected delivery date and to check if you wish to proceed with your order. If you do not wish to wait for an item to come back in to stock we will provide a full refund.

 

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately.  We usually process orders the same business day. If we have already shipped your order we will be unable to make any changes.

 

What do I do if my order is damaged or missing during delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact us immediately. If we need the product to be returned to us, we will arrange this at our cost and ensure a replacement or refund is on its way to you as soon as possible. If an order has not arrived within a week please contact us.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Generally we process and ship an order the same or the next business day. Delivery within New Zealand is usually within 3-5 business days.

 

What do I do if the online store will not accept my full order?

There is a limit to the size of order our online store will accept. Larger orders will require a custom quote on shipping costs. Please contact us for bulk orders.

 

Can I open account with SUNZ?

New Zealand churches can contact us about opening an account. Orders through an account need to be made directly through SUNZ. Please contact us for more information.

 

Can my order be delivered overseas?

Orders to overseas destinations may be possible but are not processed through our onlibe store. Please contact us to ask about a quote for an overseas order.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Our National Support Centre is at 9A Oxford Terrace, Mt Cook, Wellington 6041 which includes a display area where you can browse and purchase goods that are available in our online store.
