If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact us immediately. If we need the product to be returned to us, we will arrange this at our cost and ensure a replacement or refund is on its way to you as soon as possible.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment and include the cost of delivery for the damaged or incorrect items. We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund. It will then take an additional 4–5 business days for the refund to show in your account
