If you feel sick or have been exposed to measles, we are asking you to stay away from this event, to help prevent putting other people at risk. You are contagious 5 days before to 5 days after rash onset, counting the day of rash onset as day 1. The first early symptoms of measles are fever, runny nose, sore red eyes and cough, followed a few days later by a rash usually starting on the face before moving down the body.
