Annette loves working for Scripture Union. It combines two of her favourite things - working with children and exploring the Bible.

Brad is Synod Youth Adviser for the Southern Presbytery. He encourages and assists youth leaders and churches throughout Otago & Southland to develop healthy youth ministries that offer young people the opportunity to grow in their faith in God.

Cheryl Harray

Cheryl is the Presbyterian Kids Friendly Advisor, Otago Southland and serves in her local church on a ‘messy church’ team. Cheryl is an amazing source of information and great encourager and resourcer.

Diana Langdon

Diana is the National Children and Families Ministry Enabler for the Anglican Church of NZ. She oversees Strandz, the hub of children and families ministry, which encourages and equips the church to grow young disciples with a strong, passionate and lasting faith in Christ.

Hilary Hague

Hilary began as the National Director of SUNZ early in 2018, another chapter in a long association with SUNZ. She is passionate about helping people grow an authentic faith that will hold them close to God in hard times as well as good. She loves gardening and has beautiful grandchildren.

Liz Eichler

Liz works part-time as SUNZ Wellington Children and Families worker and part-time as Children's Worker at Wellington Central Baptist Church. In her spare time, she tries to swim, walk and knit, though not all at the same time! She has recently become a Netflix chick flick addict.

Lizzie Moore

Lizzie brought her experience in youth ministry and camping to SUNZ in 2018 when she became our Otago/Southland Youth Youth Consultant. She supports and mentors youth workers in the lower South Island.

Marina Seager


Marina is no stranger to Way2Go training days in the south.  Marina brings a wealth of experience from raising her own children, fostering children and managing her own preschool in Riverton.

Mark Herring

Mark has worked in the education sector as a primary school teacher and more recently in training teachers how to get the most out of technology.  In 2018 Mark was appointed the full time Under 20’s Pastor in his local church in Invercargill. He is passionate about seeing children and young people connected and discipled.



Nancy Green


Nancy Green, Director of Faith Box, has 20 years in children’s ministry. She and her husband Brendon homeschooled their 4 children for 5 years and attend The Upper Room church in Auckland. In her role with Faith Box, Nancy encourages parents to have a future vision for their family and challenging them to practice faith at home.

Nigel Winder

Nigel heads up the Children and Families team for SUNZ. He loves opening the Bible with children and young people of all ages, helping them to grow as disciples of Jesus.

Paul Dadd

Paul works part-time for SUNZ, and the other part of his time as a children’s worker at St Margaret’s Anglican Church in Auckland. He is passionate about finding thoughtful and creative ways to help children and young people engage with the Bible.
