How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our web-shop is kept up-to-date, however at times an item may not be available. We will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or refund.
Can I change my order?
Yes, but contact us immediately as orders are processed as soon as received.
What do I do if my order is received damaged or missing?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. If an order has not arrived within a week please contact us.
How long does it take to process my order?
Within 1-2 business days, with another 3-5 days for delivery.
What do I do if the online store will not accept my full order?
There is a limit to the size of order our online store will accept. Larger orders will require a custom quote on shipping costs. Please contact us for bulk orders.
Can I open account with SUNZ?
New Zealand churches or organizations can open an account. Ensure your online order clearly states this or contact us directly.
Can my order be delivered overseas?
Orders to overseas destinations can be arranged. There will be extra delivery charges on top of an online order. Contact us for a quote.
What is your refund policy?
Do you have a bookshop?
Yes. Our National Support Centre is at 9A Oxford Terrace, Mt Cook, Wellington which includes a display area where you can browse, enjoy a cup of tea and purchase books that are available in our online store.
