If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment. We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund. It will then take an additional 4–5 business days for the refund to show in your account.
In event of COVID-19 Lockdowns, no book orders are despatched from the SU Resources Shop.
